Delete your ClinQuiz account

In the app

1. Open ClinQuiz and go to Profile.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm.

Without the app

Email support@clin-quiz.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Deleted: your profile (email, username, country, avatar), password, sign-in links, colleagues, notification devices and settings.
• Kept, anonymised: results of cases you solved, with no link to you, so other users' leaderboards stay correct.

Subscriptions are not cancelled by deleting your account. Cancel first in your App Store or Google Play settings, or you will keep being charged.
